By registering, logging in, making a payment, or simply browsing our utilities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
Description of Services
Smart Print Tools provides web-based client-side productivity utilities designed to assist cyber cafes, document centers, and home users with:
- Card cropping and layout formatting for printing (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Ayushman/ABHA, Ration Cards).
- PDF management tools (merging, splitting, rotating, compressing, and page extraction).
- Image processing (photo compression, passport photo printing sheet generation).
- Business calculators and utilities (GST Calculator, Bill Maker, Barcode and QR Code generation).
User Accounts & Security
To access certain premium features, you may be required to create an account using your email and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Permitted & Lawful Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Falsify, counterfeit, alter, or forge any official government identification cards, licenses, or certificates.
- Upload or process documents without the explicit consent of the rightful owner or cardholder.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or inject malicious code into the Smart Print Tools platform.
- Resell or redistribute automated API access to our platform without prior written authorization.
Pricing & Cashfree Payments
We offer premium membership plans (such as our 30-Day Premium Subscription at ₹99) that grant uninterrupted access to specialized tools and priority rendering.
- All pricing is listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Online payments are collected securely through certified payment partner Cashfree Payments via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
- Upon payment confirmation, premium access is provisioned automatically for the duration of the plan purchased.

Digital Fulfillment Policy
Because Smart Print Tools delivers immediate, non-tangible digital access upon successful payment, subscription purchases are considered final and generally non-refundable once activated.
Duplicate Transactions & Failures
If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a payment gateway hiccup, or if your account was debited but the subscription failed to activate within 24 hours despite contacting support, we will issue a 100% refund for the redundant transaction.
How to Claim a Refund
Refund requests must be emailed to smartprinttools@gmail.com or sent to our WhatsApp helpdesk within 48 hours of the transaction with your registered email, Cashfree Order ID, and payment screenshot. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Smart Print Tools website, software architecture, layout scripts, logos, user interface designs, and documentation are the exclusive property of Smart Print Tools and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our software code without our express prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Smart Print Tools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and accurate document dimensions, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all third-party printer drivers, paper qualities, or browser extensions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Print Tools, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, wasted print supplies, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our platform.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to other users or our platform.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
